Since the original companies are reissuing the old collectable pedals, I
don't think there's much of a market with outrageous prices anymore.  I
tried to sell my old memory man and the guy at the store said "It's not
worth that much--the new ones sound way better and they're probably cheaper
than the price you want for yours."  Of course, remember that there's a
sucker born every minute that visits ebay.


I think the phase of vintage guitar fetish is going away.  A lot of the new
bands play Ibanez stuff; it's not like when Kurt got up on stage with a
mustang and a big muff.
