[sdiy] looking for patch cord cable

I wanted to see what everyone is using for patch cord cable.  I do all my own wiring for cables and studio wiring.  

What I'm looking for is:

- 1 or 2 conductor
- flexible
- comes in different colors (like red and blue)
- has a drain wire

The drain wire is important to me because I plan on making several dozen and peeling back braid shields is not my favorite thing to do.

I asked the same thing at the MOTM list and the two suggestions (Gotham and Concord) are discontinued.
