Thanks for all the ideas! 

One nice thing about the 5.0688M solution is you can
get the highest 'A'. First divide by 45 (/3, /3, /5),
then a divider chain gives all the 'A's.

Any thoughts on a guitar-tuner-like device? How does
one do that whole frequency deviation thing? Over 7
octaves??
