You could always take a crystal designed for a *slightly* lower frequency
and temporarily dip it in an acid that attacks quartz. After the crystal is
reduced in size the proper amount by the acid, it will be the exact pitch
you need. The trick is stopping the chemical reaction at just the proper
moment, and then flushing away any traces of the acid. This procedure is
not for the timid, but it was actually used by some of the more hard-core
amateur radio builders in the past.
