[sdiy] Give me an 'A' !!

In my Minimoog Clone I have used a TOS chip - they weren't as
rare back then. I don't remember the quarz frequency, but I remember
I've used the "C" output instead of "A". Why? It's keyboard-less,
and the Midi/CV converter would put out a "C" with no Midi Signal
attached.
