I doubt the That arrays would have any significantly different temperature 
response from any other array -- they all have to follow the standard 
semiconductor device equations.  Perhaps the engineer you talked to didn't 
understand you were refering to a differential converter. It's hard to see 
why else he would object to heating. Did he tell you specifically why 
heating wouldn't work?
