A couple of years ago I ask the app engineer at That about using their transistor arrays in a heated expo converter. He said that heating the chip would create thermal issues which would make their chip unusuable in an expo circuit. Can't remember if it was thermal noise or what. Would there be issues like that for other transistor arrays? Jay
