The line D1 coming from the KLM367 board is also low.
I suspect IC31 on that board - will  verify later !

I've fixed a couple of Polysixs and they both had bad
data lines coming out of U31.  One also had a bad memory 
chip.  One thing I noticed is that if for example data line 1
is bad then every other button goes bad since they are multiplexed
off of the data buss.  Malfunctioning patch buttons that have a 
systematic pattern are a good telltale sign that the data lines 
from U31 may be fried.
