I just fixed a Polysix that had many similar problems.  Most were due to 4
bad logic chips on the processor board (and bad battery damage).  I don't
recall exactly which chips I changed, but I swapped IC31 and IC34 for sure.  

I also had a few bad OTAs in mine (IC20, IC21, I think).  I wonder if the
corrosive gasses escaping from the battery shortens the life of nearby ICs?
