Yo,

I had a somewhat similar thing happen. I put some
horns on Ebay, and a gent from Hong Kong won the
auction, even though I stated US only. We worked it
out and I was about to ship the horns to him when they
were stolen out of my house. Fortunately he was more
understanding than this other guy. He waited patiently
for me to straighten out all of my accounts (had
checks stolen as well) and eventually he got his money
back.

I find it works much better when all us humans cut the
other humans a little slack. Perhaps we can all learn
from Andy.
