I'm Nick Pelkey
I don't expect any pity from any list members. I have had a difficult time resolving a trade with andy that went wrong due to my own personal problems. I have successfully traded with andy in the past and I would agree that he is a great person to buy from. On the other hand I had attempted to sell him a Mackie 1604 VLZ mixer which he made strict demands on a time frame as to when it would should be sent.. hmm the decision of the seller don't you think? I had visited my mother in Canada and had assumed that the shipping was being taken care of by my girlfriend at the time and my correspondences reflected that. Upon my return I discovered the non fictitious robbery which included the mixer that did not get shipped.
I have provided andy contact info with the officer I am working with. andy has refused to contact that officer.
For those of you curious as to the progress of the theft we have DA's from two counties (Hancock and Penobscot) working on it. I did provide evidence where my former roomate admitted to taking the mixer and a few other items and selling them at pawnshops.
Anyways back to this. Also andy has frozen my paypal account with a complaint making it near impossible to pay him back without risk to myself. He would like me to send money orders or use another paypal account (set one up) to pay him back but the people at paypal insist that I use the account involved in the trade to cover my own hide.
I have been assured that I haven't done anything wrong by my local authorities.. I work with law enforcement myself and my family is involved with the local courts.
I would love to resolve this issue in a timely fashion but I don't have a home, have limited funds and nothing to trade.. I've been bashed on the lists and have had my paypal account which is the only method of payback I am using frozen....
andy himself has contributed to his not being paid back quickly... I assure you that I will resolve thing when I am able.
