[sdiy] RG Keen Phase Shifter Using MF10CN

Hi again,
Well, I took another look at the PDF, and I got my author's mixed around:
the design is actually RA Penfold and not RG Keen.  Sorry for any confusion
and my apologies to RG and RA.
