Hi Scott,

If you don't get any answers here try the AMPAGE diy effects forum http://www.firebottle.com/ampage/
Someone there may have built it (maybe Mark Hammer or our own Mike Irwin?). Anyway I believe RG Keen
hangs out there also so you could ask him if he ever built it and whether it worked.
