[sdiy] power supply question

So I'm building another one of these bipolar jammies, and all is going well, except that I can't remember if I hook up my transformer to ground.

I am using a pc mount dual primary dual secondary center tapped transformer.  four of the pins are to set up the primary voltage (155/230)  the other four are to set up series or paralell.  these four pins are connected in pairs.

the schematics I have show the ground connecting to the transformer, but I don't see where I would do this on this bad boy.  do I leave it unconnected?
