[sdiy] Linear VC-ADSR

To All,

Success!  I have created a linear ADSR. It acts just
like a regular ADSR but the ramps are all linear. The
time range is a bit limited: currently 10mS to 500mS.
Also the range of CV input as related to time seems to
be non-linear. I need to work on that one. 

Credit where credit is due: I started with Chris
MacDonald's VC-ADSR circuit, and borrowed a linear
portamento circuit from Barry Klein's book. Also I
must mention Mike Brown (better known as Electronium)
for inspiration i.e. he got me off my a$$ and doing
stuff. Thanks!
