Before I say anything, please keep in mind: This is off topic, so
if you have something personal to say to me or nick, please send it off
list. This is to make sure that there is not another public flame war,
which we all (me included) think is retarded.

Nick refused to give me any personal information, *INCLUDING* his
current address, telling me he was "living on couches". He has refused to
give me his phone number, even! How can you convince someone that you're
not trying to rip them off if you aren't a bit flexible in giving them
information, so they know you're not going to run off suddenly?

It's been nearly FOUR MONTHS since I sent Nick money, and I have
yet to see one dime of it. ONE DIME. Regardless of who you are, this would
make you somewhat suspicious. I need to know more about him. I don't have
his full name, his address, his phone number, or anything but an email
address.

But-- to clear the record-- although I think it is immoral to take
someone's money and not return it, I can't claim to know what's going on,
or what Nick's motives and intents are. He may return my money soon, or he
may never return it without legal action. All I know is that this is not
anyone's freakin' business, but I can not let someone attack me in a
public forum and not share my side of what is going on. I have traded with
over 100 people from this list, and have never had problems before.

To accuse someone of chicanery when YOU YOURSELF owe them nearly
$700 is at best shady. Wag the dog, anyone?
