[sdiy] Gear Stolen Court date finally/trader

Just in case anyone was wondering.. my former roomate has a court date on Dec 9.  This is the hearing.  Hopefully this wraps up soon so I can get restitutions and take care of some old business (pay off my Voyager.. I've been bumped on serial numbers twice because of this).  I thank everyone for their patience and generosity.  At one point though andy (mcphive).. who I'm still planning to pay off had threatened me with possibly pressing charges..(a mixer was stolen that I was selling him)... as understandable as that is.. there was a correspondance from andy that I find rather suspicious.  He requested my social security number and birthdate.. saying that was required for his court proceedings with me.  After refusing he dropped that request.  I'm still looking to pay him back.. though I believe he had tried to steal my identity.  Just thought I'd let everyone know that that sort of activity was happening on this list.  I look forward to trading again soon.. heck I might hav!
 e to sell that Voyager to help get me back on my feet.. who knows.  Until then to help support the cause I have a bunch of hammond parts on ebay (hammond d will bring you there) that I'm selling off to help get ahead (I do work too).  Thanks again for your support.. especially paul perry of Frostwave fame.
