[sdiy] ca3280e in germany?

Isn't the LM13700 pretty much the same thing?  Seems to be much more widely available.

If anyone disagrees with this statement, please respond - I've always wondered what the difference is.  I can see from the datasheets that the CA3280 is faster, but the LM13700 seems fast enough for audio applications.
