Cynthia,
I use a B&K Precision 878 Universal LCR meter. It is not autoranging but
switching range is only the push of a button. It's operation is obvious.
It's fast, accutate and reliable
I have used it to match capacitors to 0.1%, or so it seems. I was building
some twin-T circuits.
Funny thing, The B&K 878 looks identical to the Global 3100.
Take care,
John
