[sdiy] dial graduations

I just made a dial easily with Visio.  It was very easy.  Use a line drawing
tool and the rotate tool.  You specify the exact ration angle for any
object.  Then, if you want, PS output, just select a PS printer and print to
file.

Of course, if you don't have Visio, then never mind.
