Today, one source of tempco resistors is Micro Ohm. You might use a
LPTC-12T3L-1.0K 3% for example.

Linear Systems makes nice expo pairs; such as the LS358-71.

Mouser(.com) has the polystyrenes; 2000 pF is typical.

Order direct. I don't know about minimum orders; the first two *may*
sample.

For a fine example of what good design and precision parts will do,
