If you want to try and fake it, you can get "samples" of the MAT-02 from
Analog devices over the net.
You can also purchase them from Newark (http://www.newark.com). I don't
know if they have them in stock at the moment. They are expensive (about $7
each).
Tempco resistors are a bit tougher. I will defer to others on those.
