On the serious side, it may not be the cleanest noise, but I like the
tweakability of the EMS VCS-3/Synthi-A. Nothing fancy.
On the less serious side, Saturn-V launch anyone? The Shuttle missions
will do these days.

It's worth taking a look at the one in TAOE. Maaaany resistor/caps
ensure close to -3dB/Oct curve.
