I just made about the coolest chassis I have ever done...very simple
construction.

    The ingredients are:

    1 8U rack panel (14" x 19")
    1 14" x 17" x 3" Bud aluminum chassis

I drilled 8 3/16" holes on the lip of the Bud Chassis, installed
6-32-2 pem nuts (installed? more like press fit). into the holes.

Next, I drilled matching holes in the rack panel, counter sunk, and
then used flat head screws to hold the panel to the box. I also put 6
inch chrome plated steel handles on the panel as well. It looks real
nice...wish I had a digital camera, but I will take pictures and post
them as soon as they are developed.

BYW, this is the chassis for the Mikado sequencer.
