I get about 42.5 watts. As the crow flys. So given inefficiencies you could 
probably bank on 50 watt. Given that the fuses are 0.75A at 15v + 0.75A at 15v 
+2.0A at 10V. I realize there's an anomaly there as I'm sure someone will 
point out but my brain is toast right now. Of course, regardless of this, 
there should be a compliance plate or sticker on the back somewhere that 
tells you what it is officially rated to consume.

They probably saved 5 yen per unit by not having to wind a more elaborate 
secondary. Given that the combined market is huge, the Japanese bean 
counters probably saved enough to keep themselves in sake till the end of 
the financial year. Which probably explains Japanese accountancy right there.
