not sure if you got this yet, 

but music machines has the schems for the 808 and 606 up there, and perhaops 
the 909,

just go to gear, look up the drum machines you want and then go to schematics.

of course, you could just hook up that modular with a self oscillating filter 
and an envelope, and add other elements to taste ;)
