[sdiy] LFO

Hello!
I got a few questions...
I got a +/- 12 Volt linear PSU today, which is really
stable.

I got out my breadboard and tried the Modulus LFO (of issue 8)
with that one. However, even after 4 hours it wouldn't oscillate.
(with a TL082)
When I touch pin 2 of the first opamp, i get  a big pulse on my osci.
hmmm.. somhow the feedback loop doesn't have anough power, I suppose.

Then i ripped all the stuff off the breadboard.

Then I had a go at the ASM-1 LFO. Same thing, doesn't oscillate.

So is this because of the +-12V, of the breadboard (capacitance) or
am I hitting hy head with a wall=?

ANY help/suggestion appreaciated.
