You cannot put anything through the theremin. You could convert the Theremin
to control voltage (for instance the PV-1 pitch to voltage converter, shameless
plug)... and then use the control voltage to the keyboard, or to external
effects.
You CAN plug the Theremin into any guitar effects you like... you might need to
reduce the volume a little but two resistors built into a 1/4" patch cord can
take
care of that easy.
My etherwave has an octave divider built in... it spoils a little of the classic
tone
circuit but lets you do a pack o'Harleys very easily...
