I believe there's lots of digital under the Doepfer overall from what
they've said. Does the serge have a Microp (I can't tell)?
Besides, how many manufacturers really bring 'new things' to the table? How
many have made their OWN version of a VA? How many made their OWN version
of a MIDI controller, or even a keyboard for an analog? Just because it
fills a similar need doesn't make it bad all of a sudden - otherwise all the
Modular manufacturers here should pack up and go home because their mixers
use opamps...
