To whom it may concern,

It looks like the TOG will not quite fit into a single
XC95108. So if this happens at all, it will have to be
a pair of XC9572s. These are 44-pin PLCCs, and most of
the pins will be unused.

I think this effort will need some sort of PCB to
stick the ICs to.
