[sdiy] Multisegment Envelope Generator

    Well, here is what I did this morning:

    Tis a multisegment envelope generator.  If it works, it will be
configurable for up to 8 segments (8 rates, 8 levels), with the
"sustain" selectable to any segment, as well as the total lenth being
selectable as well.  Tomorrow I have to see if I can program the zero
power 22v10's I got.
