[sdiy] multimeter choice

Hi,
I need decent multimeter. There are at least 2 that seem to do the job for
me: Metrahit 24S and Brymen BM-859CF. Has anyone used those? Is Brymen
really so good as specs say or is it another far-east crap?
And there is also second hand Fluke 189 available...
all of them in similar prices.
Which is most reliable? What is the best choice?
