[sdiy] original serge filters info required

Hi,

Does anyone have good clear photos of the original Serge filters they would
be prepared to share with me? 
I have started to repair the dead one in my system. The filters and VCOs I
have here were encased in resin. Unfortunately in this case, the surface of
the resin cured, trapping solvents inside, and they have disolved the
plastic portions of a number of components, as well as causing rust and lead
failure, and partial reaction with the PCB itself.
