I think it's been reprinted recently, too. I was able to order it through
Barnes & Noble last year. I think it ran me $11. They had to backorde rit,
but it did come in pretty quickly.
A quick search of bn.com and Amazon show that they apparently don't have it
new, but many copies in the "used and rare" categories.
If you're really after a fresh one, let me know and I'll look up the ISBN...
