And me. My next door neighbour's son was a big fan of CB radio before it
was legalised* in the UK. The washing machine would often strike up a
one sided conversation when he was on air.

* we still had problems even after it was legalised since "real CBers
used AM and not this legalised FM rubbish", so he stuck to his AM rig
for quite a while.
