[sdiy] Resize a Panel hole - SMALLER?

I'll be using Johnson Components
528-0157 white
528-0158 red
528-0162 yellow
528-0166 gray

.....so I'll have to wait until they show up to see if the mounting hole is
the same as the Pomona. I've threatened to just steal my wife's hot glue gun
instead of using a shoulder washer or anything.

I'm modifying some MOTM and MOTM format modules to match my Modcan system.
I'm keeping the MOTM panel s they're in a different case than the Modcan,
but basically killing all the 1/4 jacks in favour of bananas and replacing
the MOTM knobs with Davies 1900H 543-0400, which is what Modcan uses.
