[sdiy] Resize a Panel hole - SMALLER?

OK, last time I tried to reply to this message I crashed the system.. let's
see if it gets any better.

I ordered Mouser washers, part 534-3069.However, I was using Pomona banana
jacks, which are big fat ugly things. They might not work for all bananas;
I can't remember the size of the Pomona shaft. Check Mouser -
