[sdiy] Serge thing

Hi

    Awhile back got a peice? of a serge modual. I was told it was 1/3 of
the serge filter emulator or something like that, I am not completely
sure. It is two small (1 inch by 3/4 of and inch) circut boards stacked.
It contains three caps, a 353 opamp, seven resistors, 2 diodes, two
2N5089 transistors and two MPS4250 transistors. is there any chance
anyone knows what this thing exactly is with just this little bit of
info, or can someone give me some info on the transistor or where I can
get info on them (pin out and type) so I can trace the circut and find
out what it is. If anyone wwould like i can provide scans of the 2
circut boards
