For singles, I can't see powder coating ever being better for home use
than the right paint. I'm not a paint specialist, but I know there are some
pretty tough ones for metal coating.
On the screenprint front, I wonder whether PnP blue can be used to make
silkscreen resist? I suspect that silk screens have a melting point a lot
higher than PnP works at (certainly, a screen made from actual silk does)
and, PnP blue isn't going to be affected by any of the water washout screen
paints.
I don't have any screen material here to experiment with.. anyone care to try??
