 Hi,
 When I first got my Moog Source the rotary knob only increased parameter 
values, regardless of the direction it was turned. It also arrived with all 
the presets blank, but operation was fine otherwise.

 I fiddled around with the power supply regulator sockets and after 5 years, 
none of the original problems have returned. The rotary control works fine. 

 Since yours in not working at all maybe a component has gone south... I just 
thought I'd through this out there just in case it helps.
