Yes, Voltcraft (from www.conrad.de), that's the one I bought. The cheapest
2-channel model, around 300 Euros.
Only (minor) drawback is that the DC level drifts during warmup, so
I can either wait 10 minutes before I use it, or just switch to GND and
adjust the vertical offset from time to time.
Great value for money - considerably chaper than a Hameg with similar
features.
