yes, I believe so. I dont _think_ that lead becomes a vapor very easily. I
could be wrong though... he said nothing of the flux, and I'm carefull not
to breath it for TOO long a stretch.

oh no, its nothing like that. I built a few modules, I'm working on a
couple theremin controllers... nothing big. I dont even notice fumes. No
seeping is taking place. He is claiming that the 'lead' is getting in the
air and into the furnace filters. This is why lead was found in the air
filter, (or something like that)

Yes, its illegal to not tell the tennant if there is lead paint in the
house. They are required to inform you, and the only other thing is that
they make sure the paint isnt peeling off. The apartment is well taken care
of, with new latex paint over all the old paint, which is acceptable. He
seems like an allright guy, but I think he might be blaming me because he
dosent want to spend money, or dosent know any better.
Any resources on the web that I can print out and offer as conclusive proof
that lead from solder dosent enter the air in sufficient quantities to harm
humans?
