And there big differences in quality of the plastic 
protoboards. I've had good luck with some and BAD 
luck with others. They would lose their *spring* 
and not make a solid connection and drive you nuts.
The bad ones I had had a single row of holes down 
each side, like for power. I think from Radio Shack 
about 15 years ago.
