[sdiy] asm1 LFO troubleshooting

Hello,

I am working on getting my ASM1 to work.  I am very proud of myself
because I got my first noise out of the synth this morning from the noise
generor.  When I hook up my scope to either of the outputs to the LFO, all
I get is a low voltage(around -14).  There is a big voltage difference on
the capacitor.  One side is near 15V and the other near -15.  I do think
that I got a non-polarized capacitor but I guess it is possible that I
didn't.

If anybody has some ideas about what I am doing wrong please let me know.
