switch.  The switch could be connected so as to short the pot end of the
summing resistor cancelling all signal.  I realize that good pots with
switches are somewhat difficult to find, especially if you are going center
detent.

mixer configuration so I do need as best cancellation
I can manage on the other busses while all jacks are in.
