[sdiy] paia/arp trigger voltage

ARgh! Scratch my last comment.. Try this first:

A-1 board: replace c20. I believe that c20 is an electrolytic, and it has
prlly gone to crap by now, so its not .001, but prlly more like .1uf and it
can't charge up..

If not, then lower r46 to like 50k and try that.
