    Let me repeat what I think you want.  You want a clock source for an
Analog Sequencer, like a VCO,  that will also output a Midi Clock Event on
the active edge of the clock....

    It would be pretty easy to cook up some VHDL code for a 22v10 that would
do this....also, I imagine it would be easy to write some code for a PIC to
do this as well.  If nobody can come up with anything else, I would be
willing to cook up the VHDL code for a 22v10 (this is a Programmable Logic
chip) and a schematic.  It would work with any VCO.
