[sdiy] midi clock

hi.

i'm searching for some "thing" than generates midi-clock-messages and
outputs them as midi *and* ouputs them as gate-signals so i can plug it
into an analog sequencer. i found this one [1], but i want the module to
generate those cv-clock by itself cause i don't own midi-equipment but i
need some reliable clock-source for sampling and producing. any idea? is
there someone who build such thing before me?
