Yep, looks good to me. You may have a little too much gain on the aux
channel because you have lost a resistor in the signal path. But this
can be controlled with the pot anyway.

Voltage summing yes... but I bet they only drop the gain by 3dB or so,
so you may as well lose them. Bear in mind that the resistors are
summing two signals, and now you have just one, so I bet the overall
volume is much the same. Hard to say without the proper circuit diagram
with the actual R values.
