Oh, no - didn't take it that way at all. Seriously, Paul does an
outstanding job with the MOTM documentation. Parts checklists, step by step
instructions, detailed theory of operation, each component type supplied in
seperate bags (resistors, caps, ICs, etc.).
Considering the finish, the support, the educational value, the sound, the
features, etc. I think MOTM is one of the great values out there. I've
learned alot from my experience.
I started on a FatMan several years ago but didn't get too far with it -
good documentation but you need to see the MOTM stuff. Oakley Sound is
excellent as well.

I did not mean to sound critical of anything else. In
fact, I have not tried MOTM, so, if their manuals are
like paia/heathkit, I stand corrected.
